The Aluminium Thin Crust Pizza Pan is available in 10 different sized bases ranging from 6" to 16".
It is suitable for making tasty thin crust pizzas to be served in restaurants, fast food pizza takeaways and pizzerias, and can be used in both conveyor and deck ovens.
The pizza pan is made with a rolled edge which is sharp and unfinished, meaning that dough can be placed on top of the pan and then cut off using a rolling pin. This pizza pan is approximately 1" larger in diameter at the op than at the base of the pan.
Sizes: 7", 8", 9", 10", 11", 12", 13", 14", 15" or 16" diameter base
