The Japanese turning slicer is an easy to use garnish making kitchen accessory which can enable you to make up to fifty servings of garnish in under five minutes.
The turner and handle securely holds the vegetable you are slicing in place and keeps you hands clear of the slicing blade, helping to greatly reduce the chance of slicing your hand or fingers.
The Japanese Turner has three interchangeable blades (fine, medium and coarse) for creating very thin or thick shreds of vegetable for garnish or plate decoration.
