The Matfer Exoglass Skim All Mesh Serving Spoon allows you to lift and drain poached, fried or boiled foods.
The stainless steel fine mesh is a soft and rounded mesh with 3mm x 3mm holes.
Using an Exoglass composite material within the handle and around the mesh at the head of the spoon, the Skim All is suitable for use in temperatures up to 220 C and is safe for use in industrial dishwashers.
There is also a hanging loop at the end of the handle which allows this spoon to be stored easily on wall racks.
