This red tulip styled deli crock has a 5lb (2.3kg) capacity and is extensively used in deli counters, buffet displays and other food presentation areas for the display of pastas, coleslaws, salads and other deli food stuffs.
These large deli crocks are perfect for holding and displaying a range of foods at a buffet styled event where guests can browse past what is on offer and pick and choose what they want to eat.
These red tulip deli crocks are manufactured from SAN plastic which offers great resistance to food acids and oils while also having a good resistance to breakages.
With regards washing these deli crocks, these dishes are dishwasher proof under normal dishwasher conditions but can also be easily washed by hand with warm soapy water.
Plastic Lids are also available for these deli crocks.
