The Zodiac Sunnex Loosebase Fluted Tart Mould can be used by bakers and chefs to make a wide range of sweet and savoury tarts. It can be used as a mould for cheesecakes and lemon flans or is also ideal for making quiches and pies. This is a great non-stick tin to stock at home and is also particularly useful in cafe and restaurant kitchens. The non-stick quality and loosebase makes to easy to remove the contents and form a crisp and perfectly shaped tart.
