Returns and Refunds


In the event of any goods ordered being faulty in any way at the time of purchase, please contact us to obtain a returns number which must be displayed on the address label when the goods are returned to us. If there is a legitimate complaint we will issue a replacement or repair according to the manufacturers warranty policy.

If any item arrives damaged as a result of the delivery, please contact us immediately within 3 days of receipt of goods and claim for non-delivery must be made within 10 days of date of invoice.


If an item is defective we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to the customer. Refund will only be issued upon return of the goods to our premises.


Orders can be cancelled in writing up to seven days after date of ordering.

If goods have been despatched the customer will have to return the goods at their own expense in an unused, unopened, resalable condition without any damage to the product or its packaging. Please ensure returned goods are well packaged, they must arrive in the state they left the warehouse for cancellation to take effect.

A restocking charge of 10% will be charged.

We will refund your money (minus our initial delivery charge) within 30 days of the cancellation or within 14 days of our receipt of the goods. Returned goods must be accompanied by a note stating, the customer's name and order number, date of purchase and reason for cancellation.
