Made from cast aluminium that's lighter than iron yet just as hard-wearing, this medium casserole dish is finished with two layers of a non-stick, scratch-proof coating for effortless cooking. A patina layer will build up on the bakeware through use and continue to advance the performance. It’s also designed with a self-basting lid so none of those flavourful cooking juices is lost, and has easy-handling knobs and handles for ease of use. This 2.5L cast aluminium casserole dish is suitable for all hobs, including induction and can be used in the oven too - making it perfect for slow cooking. It comes in a variety of sizes to suit, and different colourways.
