Refund policy

Should you wish to return an item, we will be happy to refund in full or exchange all items in stock at time of purchase. Returns should be made within 30 days unused and in full resaleable condition, and in the original undamaged packaging.

Should goods be delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please report to us immediately and confirm in writing within 3 days of delivery.

Please note that there may be a collection charge for any items returned.

All returns must be notified to the AJ Stuarts Ltd sales office (Telephone 028 9077 6808). Refunds will be issued once goods have been received, if goods are damaged but can not be returned, photographic evidence will be needed before a refund can be issued.
