Our collection of Mandolin Slicers and Mouli Graters are extensively used in professional kitchens when slicing or preparing veg for cooking or garnish.
Mandolin Slicers are perfect for cutting thin slices of fruit or vegetables by carefully sliding them along the surface until it reaches the blade and neatly slices. Different blades allow for different thicknesses and styles of slice to be made to further enhance food preparation and plate decoration.
Mouli Graters are a hand operated tool which allow you to grate or puree food quickly and with minimum effort.
