The Longlife Deep Aluminium Roasting Pan can be used in both the commercial and domestic kitchen when roasting large chickens, turkeys and other joints of meat. Using this dish ensures that juices from the meat remain around the joint therefore retaining important flavours and making minimum mess in the oven. It has integrated handles on both ends which allow for the pan to be easily removed from and placed in the oven.
