The heat conduction of aluminium means food can be cooked evenly and quickly, on the hob and in the oven. With a capacity of 4L (7 Pints, 135 fl oz), it's perfect for cooking sizeable meals. With two layers of MasterClass' expert non-stick, scratch-proof coating, it's easy to clean by rinsing and is dishwasher safe. A patina layer will build up on the bakeware through use and continue to advance the performance. Also available in beautiful Mint Green and Hunter Green colourways, as well as 2.5L (4.5 pint, 85 fl oz) and 5L (8.5 pints, 169 fl oz) sizes.
