This aluminium baking dish is a 2" deep dish which is perfect for roasting or baking in your oven. Many chefs use these baking dishes for roasting vegetables or meat but they are also great for lasagnas, shepherds pie or other pastries which can then be served at a deli counter or buffet.
The aluminium construction of these baking dishes ensures that heat is efficiently transferred throughout the whole dish, helping to prevent hotspots which can cause some problems with other materials.
We recommend that these aluminium baking dishes are washed in warm soapy water after use as sustained dishwasher use with most pieces of aluminium bakeware will cause corrosion over time.
