The Genware Serrated Bread Knife is an essential knife in any kitchen and can be used to smoothly slice through freshly baked bread loaves. This is a great knife for both the home kitchen and in cafes and restaurants and may also be used to cut many other foods as well as bread.
The bread knife has a razor sharp steel molybdenum blade which will gently slice through the food with ease, and a soft grip nylon handle with an ergonomic shape for comfort. With a Rockwell rating 56-58, there is great balance between edge retention and sharpenability. It has a serrated edge and is available with 2 different coloured handles.
