The Pitco SG14S natural gas fryer features a stainless steel construction and a large 18-23 litre single tank. Stainless steel construction with splashback. The design gets the baffle into radiant heat mode quickly, which creates better temperature recovery and faster cook times.
Standing pilot requires lighting only once per day when the power is on, meaning less wear and tear on components and faster recovery when the fryer calls for heat. Automatic self-cleaning burners & gas control valve.
