The Genware stainless steel fish slice is designed to allow you to quickly and easily turn fish, or other foods, that is being cooked in a frying pan. When your fish is fully cooked, you simply slip the fish slice under the fish and serve it directly onto your plate - no mess and no fuss!
This stainless steel fish slice is manufactured from one piece of solid 18/0 stainless steel meaning there is no weak joints or welds that could potentially snap or bend with continued use. This also helps to remove any creases or surfaces on the fish slice where bacteria could possibly accumulate giving you a much cleaner and more hygienic fish slice.
With a handy hanging loop for easy storage when not in use, these Genware fish slices are ideal for use in any professional or domestic kitchen. These fish slices are sometimes known as stainless steel egg slices as they are commonly used to lift fried eggs from frying pans after they have been cooked.
The perforated slice ensures that any excess cooking oil is left behind in the pan and not transferred to the customers plate.
