Ideal for pizza professionals the light durable frame offers convenience and practicality when cooking pizzas in a busy environment.

Details

- The Handle and Head are made from full aluminium alloy providing extreme strength and heat resistance

- Anodized neutral head protects from oxidisation.

- Very flexible rectangular blade allows for scraper effect with specific ribs to ensure seal.

- The aluminium alloy handle comes in Electric Blue and the head-handle joint consists of the overlay of two elements secured by three large rivets, to guarantee complete safety and no movement.
