The Matfer Exoglass Egg Whisk is a classic manual food whisk and is available in 4 sizes. It is suitable for use in any kitchen to beat and whisk cream, sauces and eggs and for lightly mixing ingredients together. The stainless steel wires are un-detachable and untwistable meaning they will retain their shape for a long period of time.
This kitchen whisk is dishwasher safe and has a waterproof and heat insulating handle. The handle is also heat resistant up to 220C and provides a secure non-slip grip.
