The Matfer Exopan Petit Four Moulds are small, deep round shaped moulds which are ideal for making petite sweet and savoury nibbles or accompaniments to main dishes for catering events or in restaurants.
Each mould is made from Exopan material which has a non-stick coating meaning no greasing is required and the contents can be easily removed after baking.
