Stockel S/Steel Tartufo Portioner is perfect for creating perfect Tartufo with easy to use ejector plastic and fully demountable for easy cleaning.
Instructions:
Simply pull out the handle.
Fill ice-cream into the cup of the Tartufo portioner.
Turn the Tartufo on a dish and pull down the handle and turn the screw
Now the ice cream is on the dish, shaped like a doughnut with a hole in it
This hole can be filled with juice, chocolate etc.
