These high density colour coded chopping boards are available in six different colours (one for each food group), helping to reduce the chance of cross contamination when preparing food in your kitchen. Measuring 18" * 12", these boards are one inch thick and provide an ideal set of chopping boards for catering environments where these boards will be in regular usage. The high density features of these boards ensure that they will last longer and perform better than most other chopping boards in your kitchen. Washing these high density chopping boards in the dishwasher may cause them to warp out of shape, we therefore recommend that these boards are washed in warm soapy water after use.
