For added convenience and to provide a flawless result each time, the traybake pan features a loose base for easy removal of your baking from the pan, and seem-welded corners to give your traybakes crisp, refined edges without crumbling.
Made from a durable anodised aluminium, providing superior heat conduction and distribution over other materials, such as steel which may leave 'hot-spots' and soggy areas where the baking has been over or under-cooked. Also featuring a special silver anodised coating the Traybake Pan is both easy to clean, and provides an easy-release surface allowing you to remove your baking quickly without damaging the sides for a perfect end result.
